Fiona has been amazing throughout this sale. Her communication is outstanding, she is very professional and has made everything easy. As we do not reside in the area, we do not have any relationships with tradespeople so Fiona has put us in touch with her connections. Her recommendations have been very good. She has gone over and above what you would normally expect from a real estate agent, taking on board tasks that we would normally do if lived in the area. I would recommend Fiona as an agent.-
Overall timeframe was shorter and the sales process was less stressful than anticipated.
The likely purchaser was identified and how the house was to be presented and marketed was clearly stated from the beginning and although there was a major problem discovered at the property inspection stage it was dealt with and a new plan put in place. This change resulted in a different marketing process which achieved a shorter timeframe before we received several offers. It achieved a great result and the settlement date was significantly shorter than experienced in the past. I found Fiona extremely easy to deal with, any issues were discussed and resolved quickly, and the entire sales process was less stressful then previously experienced.-
