Almost a year into being a part of the team at Harcourts Vision, I am loving being involved in the fast-paced life of real estate. The past 12 months have been challenging for many and those trying to get on the property ladder have had to overcome one more. Listing and selling all over Christchurch, in all price ranges, with both vendors and buyers, I certainly have an understanding of the market in the city I grew up in and love. While my personal experience in the last 10 years of buying and selling property has given me insight into many areas, my engineering degree from Lincoln University also helps with the more complicated areas of purchasing your next property.
