Felix understands that the selling and buying process can be emotional and stressful. He maintains regular contact with his clients so that they feel informed and secure in the decisions they have to make.

Felix has lived in the One Tree Hill/Royal Oak area for 18 years and has enjoyed every aspect of it, especially the people. He firmly believes in property as an investment and is able to offer insight into the local housing market based on his own positive personal experiences.

Arriving in New Zealand 19 years ago from Croatia, Felix is someone who loves life. He is an active person who enjoys a range of sports, walking and tramping. He also likes old motorcycles and cars and can often be found in his garage working on one of his many projects.

Felix is the most proud family man with his two grown up children. His wife Olga has worked for Barfoot and Thompson for over 18 years. Her experience gained over the years, both as a sales person and a branch manager, she happily shares now with Felix, working alongside him as his sales associate.
