Naturally gregarious and a born organiser, Esme started her career with Harcourts in 2002 and soon realised that her love for Real Estate was more than just putting people and property together.

Working as an Administrator for a large high performing sales team she gained extensive knowledge in communication, customer service and the New Zealand Property Industry before deciding to expand her career across the Tasman with Harcourts Melbourne City.

During her 5 year term in Melbourne City she won multiple awards and was regularly placed in the Top 10 Property Managers for the state of Victoria making her mark as the Head of Department and mentoring her team to being the best they could be.

Esme leads by example seizing every opportunity to exceed her clients expectations and she has a range of client testimonials in reflection of her personal care levels and efforts for these owners and their properties.

In a fast paced Property Management environment Esme is at home utilising her multi-tasking abilities and pushing to exceed the ordinary. She appreciates the value of team work and is enthusiastic about the vibrant culture of Harcourts Tauranga.
