Erin has worked in New Zealand's commercial property industry for more than 18 years in both Wellington and Auckland, with a focus on portfolio management, sales and leasing.

Erin started his professional career as a Property Manager for Wellington Council and moved to Colliers as a commercial property broker. In 2007, he was appointed Retail Director at CBRE before joining metro in 2011.
