Erin's love of Oamaru began when she met local boy, Gavin Kingan, in her homeland, Canada. They returned to New Zealand in 2005, first residing in Christchurch, before settling in Oamaru in 2008 and starting their family. Prior to relocating to New Zealand, Erin travelled the world on cruise ships and enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life. You may have come to know Erin through her involvement with Edna McCulloch Kindergarten, Weston Playcentre, Fenwick School, Valley Sports Club, Mainly Music or Scentsy. Erin enjoys living in the Waitaki with its easy access to the coast, mountains, rivers, lakes and great camping spots and has loved watching Oamaru grow into a town we can all be proud of. Erin has always loved real estate and the unique character that each house has that makes it a home for the people who live there. Erin is excited to be following her passion for real estate and returning to the workforce now that both her children are at school.
