This comprehensive exposure allowed me to lead successful task forces that reduced operational costs by $15M USD per annum, minimised risks, and optimised profits. In 2021, my wife and I decided to return to New Zealand from the USA to provide the best environment for our growing family. Since then, I have successfully managed three commercial portfolios across Auckland for a private commercial property investment firm.
