Ellen Ming -creative /methodical /competent real estate salesperson of incredible calibre I was introduced to Ellen being a family contact in an informal situation in view of potentially selling our family trust property after my 95 year old Mum passed away early May I very quickly decided Ellen would be[ if willing invited to sell the property so impressed I was with her relaxed and competent but informed professionalism Her warmth and understanding and human qualities were present immediately at the onset and frankly didn't falter throughout the duration of the sale process We were guided through the necessary processes of sale by Ellen with her impeccable skill-set and chose on her suggestion to go to auction and stage the property for the process to follow through This was not always without problems as we were also working with lawyers to change title deeds and Ellen was completely supportive of our situation and was continually encouraging of our moving forward with the process The property went to auction and SOLD I would say that the achieved sale price was a smidgeon below what we would have liked BUT CV reports devalued the property 10 days or so before the auction and we already understood property sales were deflated Ellen worked tirelessly to achieve maximum participation by potential buyers during Open Home viewings and ensured all interested parties participated in the auction Bidding on the day was tentative and Ellen did her upmost to keep the process bouyant and I would also commend the skill and positivity of the auctioneer of the day These two Ray White representatives worked extremely hard and creatively to achieve on the day the best possible outcome Thankyou Thankyou Ellen Ming you are a mistress of your trade -I truly respect the way you conduct yourself in your role and thankyou Auctioneer of the day You did truly a remarkable job in a situation where the outcome could have been quite different and thank you Ray White Half Moon Bay I would fully recommend your company- Stephen Lloyd McCarthy, Michael Desmond McCarthy
