With more than 20 years of experience in education and leadership, Elize is known for her approachable nature, strong organisational skills, and ability to build meaningful relationships. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate salesperson, she spent over four years working closely alongside Anton as his personal assistant, supporting the growth of a high-performing business while developing extensive industry knowledge and insight. Now an integral part of the team, Elize provides a calm, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to every stage of the property journey. Together, Anton, Elize, and their experienced personal assistant deliver a collaborative and highly responsive service, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire process. Elize and Anton have two adult children and share a genuine connection to the rural lifestyle, having previously lived rurally and worked with livestock.
