Based in Wanaka since 2001, I have worked with buyers, vendors, landlords, and investors throughout Wanaka and Whitianga. Alongside my real estate and property management background, I also understand the sales process personally as a property vendor and investor myself, appreciating the challenges and emotions that can come with entering the market.
