Dianne Wynyard is a Licensee Salesperson with Ray White Russell, working with residential, coastal, waterfront and lifestyle property in Russell and the Bay of Islands.

More than 37 years in real estate | Over $750 million in career property transactions | Diploma in Real Estate

Her real estate career began in the 1980s, and her personal connection to Russell began when she moved there at 12. That long association informs her understanding of local property and the questions buyers and sellers bring to a transaction.

Dianne helps owners consider presentation, the likely buyer audience and how to position their property. She also guides buyers comparing permanent homes, holiday homes, waterfront property and lifestyle opportunities.

Her service area includes Russell, Matauwhi Bay, Okiato, Long Beach, Tapeka, Parekura Bay, Jacks Bay, Waikare and Rawhiti in the Bay of Islands. She combines local relationships with the marketing resources of Ray White.
