Deseré has more than 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the property and mortgage-lending sector. After starting in property management as a Business Development Manager, her passion for people saw her move into Real Estate Sales.  

Deseré’s relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills are second-to-none. Her delighted clients have described her as an excellent communicator, and a conscientious and realistic real estate agent. They also love her perseverance and determination – she never gives up! 

At the 2015 Australasian Real Estate Awards held in Melbourne, Deseré was a finalist in the ‘Beginner to Winner’ award category, having demonstrated an outstanding beginning to her career in real estate. Deseré also achieved ‘Gold Badge’ status in 2015, which is recognition of the fact that she sold more than 40 properties for her clients in a 12 month period. Desere enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills with the rest of the team by training new agents entering the market and mentoring those who wish to grow and excel.

When she has a spare moment, Deseré loves to read, dabbles in a bit of photography and enjoys exploring New Zealand with family and friends.
