An experienced Executive Property Consultant with Professionals, Denys´s role involves the marketing negotiation and selling of commercial and industrial property, together with leasing work for the greater Hawke´s Bay region.

Denys has a background in property valuation, including plant, chattels and business valuations since 1960. In 2002 he sold commercial property as a full time broker, working throughout the North Island. It included land purchase for industrial re-zoning and forretirement villages. In later years he has been involved with Foodstuffs, Fonterra, Geugh Group, Ryman Healthcare and other business leaders.

Denys´s qualifications include:

• Licensed as an Agent (REAA 2008)
• Associate of the REINZ
• Diploma in Valuation and Farm Management (Lincoln)
