I have enjoyed a very demanding and successful 25 years in Hospitality Management roles across the globe working with VIP clients which included a very popular resort owned by the founder of the Discovery Channel and therefore dealing with celebrities and television personalities on a regular basis. Other clients included a number of top luxury resorts which hosted events such as the world’s biggest Yacht show, weddings and events catering for parties of 2000-5000 guests. This has been a fantastic foundation for my exceptional customer service skills, quick thinking on my feet in very stressful situations, and understanding the importance of communication, reporting and keeping clients informed in all situations.
Working in USA, selling residential and commercial land, has taught me sound negotiation skills and the importance of assisting and supporting my clients wherever and whenever possible, to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Being a homeowner and property investor myself, I have experienced the emotional aspects of selling and buying Real Estate, both overseas and in NZ. Through my experience as a buyer I have identified areas of improvement in Real Estate service that I bring to my clients.
