There is always a great feeling of satisfaction when you drive past a property you introduced to its current owners who have moved in and are now enjoying their new home and adding their personal touches over time. Pride of ownership is obviously evident when you re-visit these properties from time to time and it is this important factor that makes being in the real estate industry worthwhile. Being a small part of peoples' lives and participating in one of the biggest decisions they will make adds to the reason for staying focused on assisting vendors and purchasers alike.
David entered the real estate profession twenty plus years ago after spending some time in the hospitality service industry and operating several service oriented businesses.
A multi-cultural background gained from living and working overseas, transacting business with people from all walks of life and cultures, has enabled David to apply the sound and proven business ethics of integrity and honesty to his real estate dealings.
To reinforce his commitment to the industry David is qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ as well as being a Licensed Agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. He prides himself on his personal commitment to giving exemplary service on a one to one basis and very seldom walks away from a challenge as many of his previous clients will testify.
