David has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and is responsible for overseeing the development and performance of offices in Rotorua, Tauranga and the Mount.

He also leads the Training and Coaching team which provides nine levels of accelerated sales programs, development and high-performance programs plus four levels of leadership programs and is part of the Executive Group. 

David has a Masters in Neuro Linguistics (High performance modelling). Is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute. Has a Diploma in Business Studies (Massy University).
