David Gubb is one of Bayleys’ most experienced and successful agents and Managing Director of the Queenstown business. In his 26 years with Bayleys he has been involved in excess of 1,000 transactions covering the Rural, Commercial/Industrial, and Special Projects sectors of the business. He has consistently been one of Bayleys’ top performing agents and has been recognized with the receipt of numerous awards including the prestigious National Commercial and Industrial Salesperson Of The Year Award.

David is a shareholder in Queenstown and Southern NZ Realty Ltd which owns the Bayleys franchise for the Queenstown, Cromwell, Dunedin and Southland region, and since January 2014 has resided in Queenstown with his family.
