David's property career began in the UK in 1996 as a junior residential broker before progressing through the ranks to become a branch manager of the top performing sales office in the region.

In 2008 he moved to New Zealand, working in Wellington CBD, specialising on retail sales and leasing where his skill sets have resulted in awards as the top national salesperson for one of the largest global real estate firms.

In 2012 David joined forces with Bryan Block who, together, have become two of the most successful retail property specialists in Wellington, before joining Metro in 2014.
