17 years after leaving Whangarei, Danny de Graaf (alias: DeVito) has brought his family home and is back into real estate.

Danny started his real estate career in Whangarei and shortly afterwards moved to Auckland where he worked in the industry for a further 11 years. He was based in the beautiful seaside suburb of Devonport, selling hundreds of homes – a great number of these by the “no price marketing” Tender process. He then spent 4 ½ years in Australia having a break from the real estate industry.

Selling your home is a "business decision"!

Yes we all know a real estate agent or two!

There is a lot of banter in the market about RV or CV - a number of people "hang their hats on them" as an indicator that they then in turn submit to a potential seller as the "selling price range."

But the problem with this approach is that it does not factor in influences - such as having multiple potential buyers having interest in your home and being prepared to pay you that "extra money" when it comes to preparing an offer on your home.

Real estate is Danny’s passion and he is excited to be back into it in his home town. Danny is looking forward to meeting you and sitting down with you when you are about to make a business decision – the selling of your home!
