After performing in theatre and MC'ing events all over the country for over 20 years, when Dan came to his first auction at Harcourts he knew he had found his calling. He is a passionate storyteller and loves meeting his clients, getting to know them, their home and their future plans. Once he knows their purpose and style, he tailors his tone and auctioneering to best serve them. Dan has excellent people skills and brings them to the table for all negotiations and strategy meetings. Dan is an Award-Winning Auctioneer, coming runner up Rookie Auctioneer in his first few months of real estate. He won the Open Division of the Harcourts Auction Championships 2023 and was the runner up in the REINZ Auctioneer Open Division in 2024.
