Colin Rodgers is a true 'born and bred' Hamiltonian living most of his life in the City and having watched it grow to its present dynamic status. Colin's expertise includes, automotive industry experience, business ownership, management and administration plus sales and marketing in the office equipment industry, experience in the hospitality industry and management in a social services organisation. He qualified in Real Estate Studies in 1991 and has been with Harcourts since that time and is a full time professional in the Real Estate industry serving his clients with honesty and integrity. Colin has been married to Roselie for over fifty years and together enjoy their adult family of three along with their five grandchildren. Outside of real estate Colin's interests include jet skiing, boating, radio control modelling, motorcycling, music, and a little gardening and landscaping when not out caravanning around the country. For his clients, Colin provides twenty years of hands-on real estate experience from both a buyers and sellers perspective and having bought and sold properties for himself, he understands first hand the tensions and pressures that can be involved with property transactions and tries to make this process as stress free for his clients as possible.
