Colette Duffy was always going to find her way to real estate. On face value alone, the Harcourts Lincoln agent’s bubbly, outgoing personality and love of meeting new people made her the ultimate contender, but a strong background in administration and customer service meant she had the attention to detail, work ethic and ability to juggle multiple tasks that would get her results. The Irish have long been known for their warmth and hospitality and this Irish lass has certainly got the attributes of her homeland in spades. For the past seven years however, Colette has called New Zealand home, having fallen in love with the country and its easy-going, laid-back people that are so much like the Irish. And, although ‘easy-going and laid-back’ might be descriptors of Colette herself, it’s clear she’s equally driven, committed and hard working. By always thinking one step ahead, she understands how to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers, and those customer service skills mean she’s prepared to jump in and do what’s needed, when it’s needed to get results. This exceptional communicator does it all with a smile on her face, rain, hail or snow. When she’s not passionately absorbed in everything to do with property and real estate (including dragging her hubby out to view properties!), Colette enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and getting out and about with her other loves - three beautiful Shih Tzu dogs and being a granny.
