Hello. My name is Claudette Matthews and I have been employed with the BCRE Ltd group since 2012. Within this time, I have been privileged to have had 17 months, one on one training by a highly regarded, senior Property Manager within the company. I have become knowledgeable with the systems and procedures used by the company. The training has also ensured I have the legal knowledge set out by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment to confidently forward the relevant information to my clients. Within the BCRE Ltd group, we have strict structures and procedures that have been implemented over a period of time, and these have been proven to ensure our clients receive the best service possible, I am proud to have been trained with these in place as I pride myself in the thorough workmanship I carry out. I have a genuine interest in all aspects of Property Management, ranging from sharing my local knowledge with clients prior to purchase of an investment property, organising maintenance and redecorating, to the satisfaction of securing the best tenant available at the time for the property and continually monitoring my clients’ investment.
