Chris is a qualified chartered accountant and prior to commencing in real estate 1999, he worked in London and Toronto. Chris grew up on the Shore, attended Rosmini College in Takapuna and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Auckland. Consistently a top performer, Chris has received awards for being in the top 10% of salespeople. He takes great pleasure in achieving the utmost positive results for clients and with the majority of his business being referral and repeat business, the proof is definitely in the pudding! He also has a close working relationship with Lucy Gu, one of the top Chinese agents in our group. Chris has been a branch manager from 2005 to 2008 and returned fully to the sales role in 2009 where his true passion lies. He is a Licensed Agent (AREINZ) and qualified Branch Manager under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, able to supervise salespeople.
