Chris spent ten years working at Telecom where he managed their South Island Network Portfolio, joined Bayleys in 1999 where he successfully managed the Upper South Island portfolio of LINZ for 2 years and their South Island portfolio for further 2 1/2 years before stepping into the commercial environment at Grenadier in 2006.

Chris has vast experience in acquisitions, leasing, reviews, facilities management and general administration, particularly of large portfolios.
