Deliberate, focused, principled; for Chester, real estate is all-consuming.

Ask him why, and he’ll tell you it's all about the relationships. For Chester, that means building trust with good people, earned through sound advice, good judgment and dependable action.

An integral member of Steve Koerber's renowned 'Squad', Chester operates at the sharp end of Auckland's residential property market. Working alongside Steve in Remuera, Chester has developed a formidable foundation in real estate practice, grounded in the experience and expertise of one of Auckland’s leading Real Estate professionals.

Paired with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, Chester is something of a Swiss Army knife when it comes to residential real estate. Chester is committed to delivering an exceptional real estate experience, combining the collective expertise and resource of the Squad with his own considered, highly committed approach. He understands the magnitude of helping people navigate what is often one of life's most significant decisions, and the responsibility that comes with it.

From International Match Race Yachting to his now passion for mountaineering, Chester's pursuits have forged a methodology characterised by composure under pressure, adaptability and strategic thinking in challenging conditions - skills he brings to every transaction.

Continuously progressing, Chester is focused on refining his craft and delivering the standard of real estate practice for which Team Koerber are renowned.
