Charlie has a professional background in customer service and administration, making her progression into real estate, a natural one. ​ Charlie may be a familiar face to some in the equestrian scene, coming from a rural upbringing and a family of grape growers it was a natural step to align herself as a sales consultant for the Bayleys country team.​ Charlie strives to be a professional, honest and committed sales associate who endeavors, to achieve an optimum result for all her clients, supporting them through the whole sale process. Operating as a highly effective unit, Charlie prides herself in offering her clients absolute commitment, attention to detail and an invaluable sales experience, making every step as smooth as possible.​ Outside of work, Charlie appreciates all the region has to offer and anything outdoors. Her spare time is spent out in the paddock with her horses, competeing around the country or in the Marlborough sounds fishing.
