After twenty-one years with Air New Zealand that included ten years as Inflight Service Coordinator, Charles joined Kellands in 2007 to work alongside Martin Dobson - predominately on the sale of properties on Waiheke Island.
Together Charles and Martin provide a strong collaborative approach with a passionate focus on customer service that seamlessly spans both their home areas of Onetangi on the island and St Marys Bay in the city.
