Having been involved in Real Estate for some 30 years, Cedric has seen it all the peaks and troughs of numerous markets, the many changing faces of property investment and development, the introduction of tangible technological innovation, the effects of a stock market crash and the list goes on. Needless to say Cedric is an authority on property and its subtleties, knowledge he puts to effective use in his capacity as the Principal Officer for Harcourts Grenadier.

Cedric's introduction to Real Estate came in 1976, initially as a Sales Consultant and then as an Auctioneer. He has conducted business within the rural, commercial and residential sectors of the property market. He is a director of several private companies, has been involved in the divestment of large property portfolios and is an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute as well as having sat on the local REINZ committee. From a property perspective Cedric remains involved in the market as an investor in both commercial and residential property.

Cedric is also a Crown Accredited supplier. He is officially registered with LINZ and has considerable expertise and experience overseeing strategic acquisitions and disposals of properties on behalf of numerous Government Departments, S.O.E.s and local councils.

His vast experience is particularly relevant in his present position. As Principal Officer he takes personal responsibility for any contract involving the disposal of property.
