Long before real estate, Caleb’s pursuit of excellence was evident in his academic and creative achievements. Graduating with First Class Honours at the New Zealand School of Music in Wellington and earning consecutive awards as highest achiever, he developed the discipline, attention to detail, and finely tuned listening skills that now underpin his success in the industry. A standout moment in his music career was performing in the No Man’s Land Project for world-renowned composer John Psathas alongside six leading international artists. An experience that shaped his professionalism and performance under pressure.

Outside of work, Caleb and his wife Michaela are proud parents to four young children. As a family, they embrace the lifestyle that Hawke's Bay is known for, making the most of the outdoors, fishing adventures, and being actively involved in local sport and community life.
