When Bryce was younger, his passion rewarded him with NZ representative status in the sport of Olympic distance triathlon where he was involved in two World Championships and the Commonwealth Games as part of the NZ Elite Team.

Clearly blessed with more energy than most, Bryce has enjoyed many successes through his life, one of these being an enviable property track record including 10 years with the commercial property company Colliers International and seven years with UP during its exciting growth period 1998 – 2005. During this time UP took a dominant position in the Remuera/Parnell markets and went on to establish offices in Mt Eden and Herne Bay.

Bryce has two passions in his life, one being his beautiful children age 14 and 12 – Max and Charlotte, the other being a pre-occupation to keep fit through such disciplines as bike, swim and running.

Bryce easily makes connections with people that are enduring. He is first and foremost, however, the consummate real estate professional, one of few who have succeeded in sales across both commercial and residential real estate. A true team player he is bringing significant added value to every opportunity.

What does Bryce do for relaxation? Without question his preferred time out is spent with his children.
