Bryan has over 20 years' experience in property sales and development working in the UK, US and continental Europe before moving to New Zealand in 2012.

In 2006 he focussed on the emerging markets of Eastern Europe becoming National Director for RE/MAX in Estonia, growing the team from 8 to 50 consultants, specialising in large retail developments/sales and sourcing new sites for International hotel brands.

Bryan has been based in Wellington since 2012 focussing on retail sales,leasing and the hospitality sector. He is already a proven performer in Wellington and joined the Metro team in 2014.
