Brett Taylor moved to Bayswater from Gisborne in August 2013. Prior to that he lived in Johannesburg, South Africa where he was a successful business owner for the past 25 years. The business entailed working in a fast, upscale environment assuring client satisfaction by maximising productivity and minimizing costs.

Passionate about the water, the move to the North Shore was a natural fit. With encouragement from family, friends and neighbours, Brett joined Harcourt’s Cooper & Co Takapuna. The choice was fairly easy considering their credibility in the market place and their ability to provide the best service to their clients both nationally and internationally. Brett epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. As a member of the Auckland Property Investor’s Association he is well positioned in keeping abreast of the latest property trends.

In his free time, Brett loves to go camping with his wife Nanie and can often be seen paddling to the many islands just off the coast of the North Shore. Having participated at an international level and competed in the USA, UK, Spain and South Africa, Brett is still passionate about boxing and the benefits the sport can offer our youngsters. He believes in making a difference by getting the children off the street and encouraging the disciplined and rewarding lifestyle that boxing training demands.
