Brendan Fan brings over 24 years of experience in New Zealand’s real estate industry, with a background spanning frontline sales, branch management, franchise leadership, and senior operational roles across residential, rural, and commercial property markets in Auckland. 

Now joining Ray White Milldale as General Office Manager, Brendan is focused on strengthening service quality for the local community and supporting the team through more systematic management and strong operational standards. With most of the office’s business coming from local residents, his priority is to enhance consistency, compliance, and efficiency to deliver better outcomes for vendors and buyers. 

Brendan is an REA-approved Industry CPD Trainer. He is also a senior tutor for the Branch Manager qualification with Skills Trust, New Zealand’s largest real estate training organisation, and is widely recognised for his strong compliance expertise and professional standards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Finance, and brings extensive experience in land subdivision, new builds, and planning processes. 

Outside of work, Brendan is a devoted father of two and is passionate about education and community. He founded the Kristin School Math & Science Club, is a registered football referee with the New Zealand Football Federation, and coaches a local team. His interests include cooking, music, and sports.
