Having spent his initial years working in the project-marketing arena, Blair in more recent years has focused on the city fringe suburbs, with a particular focus on the inner western suburbs where he lives with wife Jackie, almost 7-year-old daughter Ivy and 4-year-old daughter Lyla.

His senior status has seen him be project manager on behalf of some significant institutional clients, selling a varied range of properties including residential homes, apartments and coastal properties and is well versed in the mortgagee sales process.

Having jointly achieved the highest number of sales nearly every year in Kellands history, Blair demonstrates an exceptional level of professionalism that is above and beyond industry standards and knows the ‘devil is in the detail’.
