Blair has 10 years agribusiness banking, predominantly in the Manawatu. He has Bachelor of Applied Science (Ag) and Post Graduate Diploma in Commerce (Valuation).

Blair’s farming experience started from childhood where he grew up on a 10,000 stock unit sheep and beef property. Today he owns his own dairy farm so he really understands the dairy, sheep and beef sector.

His years of farming mean he has many contacts within the rural professional and corporate sectors.

Blair has an innovative and fresh approach to marketing and uses many forms of media including print, video, social networking, and radio.
