From 2020, and up to and in to 2026, Bernard has sold properties in Half Moon Bay, Flat Bush, Eastern Beach, Botany Downs, Bucklands Beach, Pakuranga, Cockle Bay and Howick. Since 2022 he has sold fifteen properties that were his own listings and six held by other companies resulting in twenty one sales to date. He has one listing currently on the market with another two in the immediate pipeline.
