After completing a Graduate Diploma in Valuation at Lincoln University in 2012, Ben entered into commercial agency in the Christchurch investment market. During the past 9 years he has had strong coverage across the commercial sales market, predominately focused on suburban investment offerings, city fringe residential land and project marketing of multi unit residential assets. Ben is highly attuned with running successful marketing campaigns with a number of high profile assets being successfully transacted through tightly run and targeted auction campaigns. Ben considers himself a relationship broker and prides himself on long lasting partnerships that lead to referral work and strong buyer networks. Outside of work Ben has a young family and loves utilising the Canterbury region whilst being a keen golfer, pulling on the whites for Sumner Cricket and getting in the hills on his mountain bike.
