Bailey has worked in the property management industry as a part time employee since 2013. He has worked with both property managers and administration staff, so has vast knowledge of all areas of the property management industry.

Bailey has been communicating with both landlords and tenants, and also has experience with maintenance, admin functions, property inspections, and showing properties.

Bailey is a 3rd year law student at the University of Waikato. He has shown an interest in tenancy law, and is developing a good knowledge of this area of law.
