I've been told many times that I'm not your typical real estate agent, & after more than a decade in real estate, I couldn't be prouder of that statement. Before real estate, I spent 26 years in pharmacy, so when I first entered the industry, I struggled with some of the perceptions people had about real estate agents. That's why I've built my reputation around three simple principles: 1. Turn up for work. I do exactly that, seven days a week. I'm always available for my vendors & buyers—even when I'm on holiday (much to the annoyance of my boss!) 2. Answer my phone. If a vendor or buyer can't get hold of me, how can I help them buy or sell a property? If I don't answer, I'm already on another call or in a viewing, leave a message or a txt & I'll always get back to you as soon as I can. 3. Tell it how it is. The truth is always the right answer. So, I'm pleased to say that perceptions can be wrong. People often tell me I go above & beyond for everyone I work for or with. I don't really agree with that—I was already heading that way. Never regret being kind, & always give 100% to the things you're passionate about. My four passions in life are my family & friends, my career, my cats, & my work family. Together, they create an amazing support network that allows me to be the best version of myself every day. Winning Richardsons Real Estate Salesperson of the Year companywide three years in a row tells me I must be doing something right.
