Born in the Netherlands, her career began in Amsterdam where she worked for a real estate marketing and communications agency. This experience gave her a sharp eye for detail and a passion for connecting stories with homes. What was meant to be just one winter season in Methven in 2008 turned into something much more. After several years splitting her time between New Zealand and abroad, Ariska made the move permanent in 2015. She went on to complete 11 seasons on Mt Hutt before deciding it was time to return fully to her real estate roots. Now, she is raising her two boys, Oskar and Otto, in the community she proudly calls home. Honest, direct, and deeply committed, Ariska is known for taking the time to truly understand her clients’ needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her calm, practical approach brings reassurance at every stage. Outside of work, you will often find Ariska hiking nearby trails with her boys, spending nights in DOC huts, or making the most of winter on Mt Hutt.
