Annette was and still is very professional in her dealings with us looking at multiple properties prior to having an offer accepted and our purchase made. Thier were many questions as we are not familiar with the region. Annette was totally patient but more importantly had a very thorough knowledge of the region. In summary she was able to guide us through the process. Never any pressure just solid advice when we asked for it. I would recommend Annette to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Fairlie region and surrounds. In short a pleasure to deal with and a new friend in our chosen new home town.

Annette was also pivotal in bringing both awareness to the Council's proposed Plan Change 23, at that time, as well as fighting for subsequent change. Annette wasn't afraid to make a stand, and worked hard on behalf of the community, going well beyond her call of duty as an Agent. For this we are truly grateful. We have worked with Annette twice now, both buying and selling, and should we need an Agent in the future, would have no hesitation in calling her!
