Angus is a born-and-bred Christchurch local who brings a down-to-earth approach, plenty of energy, and a genuine interest in people to real estate. Approaching two years in the industry, he’s already helped a range of clients through one of life’s biggest transactions and understands that everyone’s situation is different. For Angus, it’s about keeping things honest, making the process as stress-free as possible, and being someone people can trust along the way. Growing up in Christchurch, Angus spent plenty of time in his dad’s golf shop, where he got an early taste of sales and dealing with people. He attended St Bede’s College, where he gave just about every sport a go and developed the competitive, can-do attitude he carries with him today. After school, he worked across hospitality, various sales roles, and even spent time on the tools, picking up experience from all walks of life. A true jack of all trades, Angus has always enjoyed trying new things and getting stuck in. That variety of experience has helped shape his approach to real estate. He knows buying and selling a home can be exciting, stressful, and everything in between, so he believes having someone approachable in your corner makes a real difference. Still relatively early in his career, Angus is hungry to learn, keen to get better, and prepared to put in the work to get the right result for his clients. With an outgoing personality and a good sense of humour, Angus likes to keep things relaxed and make the experience enjoyable wherever he can. Away from property, he’s always keen to keep active, whether that’s squeezing in a cheeky park run, catching up with mates over a beer, or trying something new. He’s also no stranger to a microphone, having MCed quiz nights and even given radio a go on a couple of occasions. At the end of the day, Angus enjoys working with people, having a laugh, and helping them through an important part of their lives.
