"This offer is available exclusively to vendors who enter into a sole agency listing agreement for a minimum term of 90 days with Ideal Real Estate Ltd trading as Ray White Albany:

Vendors must apply directly to Real Flow Finance (NZ) Ltd, trading as List Now, for the marketing loan.

Ideal Real Estate Ltd trading as Ray White Albany agrees to cover marketing costs of up to NZD $6,500 (including GST), inclusive of any interest charged by List Now, provided that:

• The property is sold unconditionally within the 90-day sole agency period; and
• Ideal Real Estate Ltd trading as Ray White Albany receives payment in full of its commission in accordance with the agency agreement.
• In the event that the above conditions are not satisfied, the vendor shall remain solely liable for the full repayment of the marketing loan to List Now, including any interest and applicable charges.
• The finance arrangement is strictly between the vendor and List Now, and Ideal Real Estate Ltd trading as Ray White Albany accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of that arrangement.
• Ideal Real Estate Ltd trading as Ray White Albany reserves the right to vary or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Offer valid until 30/09/2025."
