Andrew credits his strong work ethic and his focus and commitment to growing up on the family farm. His passion for rugby and rowing led him to achieving national recognition in both these sports and demonstrated his work ethic and commitment at an early age.

Andrew continued competitive rowing while commencing his career in engineering. The combination of work, study and training required real dedication and focus, and these are qualities he applies to his real estate career today.

Andrew went on to a successful career in business and financial management and he established a brokerage business that was to become one of the largest in New Zealand. He also has property development experience in Australia and these combined experiences give Andrew a good range of business and organisational skills, and the ability to be a good judge of character and a sympathetic listener - all attributes contributing to his success in real estate.

Andrew is passionate about marketing and selling real estate. He works with his partner Raewyn Smits and their complementary skills make them a top-performing sales team in Kerikeri and number 2 in Northland.

When not at work Andrew still enjoys all aspects of sport, whether watching the All Blacks or keeping fit on his bike riding around Kerikeri. It was the Bay of Islands lifestyle that initially drew Andrew to Kerikeri so he understands why many others also have aspirations to move north and he looks forward to helping them find their dream home.
