Since joining Ray White Epsom in 2019, Andrew has been involved in the successful sale of over 130 properties across Auckland, with 28 sales in the past 12 months alone. These results reflect his ability to connect buyers and sellers, run effective marketing campaigns, and negotiate strongly on behalf of his clients.

 

Earlier in his career Andrew contributed to one of Ray White’s top performing environments, helping achieve 71+ property sales valued at over $205 million in a single financial year. The experience gained working within a high-performance team environment helped shape the systems, work ethic, and standards Andrew now brings to every campaign.

Before entering real estate, Andrew played professional football in the United Kingdom with Glasgow Rangers. Competing in a high-performance sporting environment required discipline, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed, qualities that continue to shape Andrew’s approach to real estate today. His background in professional sport instilled a strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure when results matter most.

 

Well known in Auckland sporting circles, Andrew has a natural ability to connect with people and has built a substantial network and database throughout the city.

 

A Mt Albert Grammar School old boy, Andrew later returned to the sport in a leadership capacity as Managing Director of the Wellington Phoenix Soccer School, where he helped lead one of New Zealand’s leading football academies. In this role he coached and mentored young athletes while managing operations and building strong community relationships to promote the growth of the game.
