Real Estate has been my life for many years, both personally and professionally.

I commenced my sales career with Harcourts in Taupo in 2008 at what turned out to be a very challenging time in the market. However, I discovered that there are always sellers who want to sell, and buyers who want to buy no matter what the market and the key is bringing the parties together.

Prior to working in real estate, my background was in newspaper sales and marketing. I understand the importance of good marketing in the real estate industry and I’ve learned what is effective, and what attracts buyers.

I am a strong advocate for the power of auction marketing. I have experience in managing the process for my vendors and working hard with buyers to get them in a position to bid.

I believe my role as your agent is to gain the best price for your property that the market will pay. I will give you the facts and feedback as they are presented to me, and make recommendations based on my experience. Your property is often your greatest asset, so you need to be well informed before you make any decisions.

After twenty wonderful years in Taupo, we made a “sea change” to the beautiful Whangaparaoa Peninsula. The move brings us closer to our adult children in Auckland, and the great lifestyle offered by living on the Hibiscus Coast.
