Amrit has spent the last decade specialising in the leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout the Wellington regional, including key suburban centres. He has sold commercial properties in the heart of the ‘Golden Mile’ in Lambton Quay, and also has particular expertise in selling Central Wellington redevelopment sites. Amrit is adept at providing quality solutions for business owners and property vendors and has extensive contacts in business and legal circles. He remains active in the Indian community and is a former President of the New Zealand Indian Association who awarded him Life Membership status in 2005. Amrit is married to Kamu and they have two adult sons.
