Alexis’ passion for real estate began in her final year of high school in 2022, when she was offered the opportunity to complete work experience one day a week at Harcourts Pauanui. Gaining firsthand insight into the ins and outs of the industry confirmed that real estate was the career path she wanted to pursue. After achieving NCEA Level 3, Alexis enrolled in the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate to turn that goal into reality. While studying, Alexis moved from Pauanui to Whangamata and stepped into an administration role at Harcourts Whangamata. This position provided invaluable experience and a unique understanding of the behind-the-scenes operations that support successful property transactions. After passing her final exam in early 2023, Alexis transitioned into sales, gaining two years of hands-on experience in the Whangamata market. Now, Alexis has returned home to Pauanui to join Team Alyce & Katie as a Sales Associate, bringing with her both practical knowledge and local insight. Having been raised in Pauanui, Alexis and her family have strong ties to the community. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys reading, cooking, exploring her creative side, spending time at the beach, and travelling.
