Meet Alannah Carson-Soar

Originally from the countryside just south of Rotorua, Alannah relocated to Papamoa in 2025 and is proud to call the Bay of Plenty home.

With a genuine passion for property that began at a young age, Alannah’s interest in real estate was sparked through childhood visits to open homes with her parents. What began as a fascination with property has now evolved into an exciting career, where she is focused on helping clients achieve their property goals with confidence.

Known for her warm, approachable nature and strong people skills, Alannah places a strong emphasis on building genuine relationships and understanding what is important to each client. Outside of real estate, Alannah enjoys making the most of the Bay of Plenty lifestyle, whether she is at the beach, enjoying the outdoors or keeping active at the gym.
